IOS Mail App
If you are using the IOS Mail application you may or may not need to manually update the password depending on the version you have installed.
- Setting -> Mail (or Mail, Contacts, and Calendars) -> Accounts -> Exchange, Work, WUSTL (select the name you used for your wustl account) -> Click on your email address
- If a password field is displayed delete the current password and add your new password.
- If no password field is displayed you may be prompted to login using the WUSTL login page after your current server token times out (roughly 24 hours or more).
If you are using the Outlook application you will be prompted to login using the WUSTL login page after your current server token times out (roughly 24 hours or more). Use your new WUSTL Key password to log in.
