An email signature block has been created for our department. Use the following steps to add the block to your Outlook email account.

  1. In your Outlook client, click on “Outlook” in the upper-left of your window, select “Preferences” and then click on “Signatures.”

If you only use the web application, you can get to signatures by clicking on the little gear icon in the upper-right of your window. Then click “View all Outlooks settings” at the bottom of that window. Finally click “Compose and reply.”
  2. If you already have a signature, select your signature and click the “Edit” button. Otherwise, click the “+” to create a new signature. A new edit window will open.
  3. Contact Galen Harrison for a template of the signature block. Copy the signature block from the body of the email (including the WashU shield) and paste into the open signature window. Replace the text to match your information. Close the editing window and select Save.
