The Office of University Marketing & Communications has four meeting spaces with audiovisual equipment. The items below contain information on how to use the equipment in each one of the spaces.
Studio Conference Room
The Studio Conference Room has a short-throw, high-definition projector, powered projection screen and speakers mounted to the ceiling. Computers can be connected to the system with either HDMI or VGA.
Third Floor Conference Room
The Third Floor Conference Room has a short-throw, high-definition projector, and a manual projection screen. This room does not have any built-in speakers. Computers can be connected to the system with either HDMI or VGA.
Production Area
The Production Area in Room 247 has a high-definition television with an AppleTV connected to it. Computers can also be connected to it with HDMI.
Open Table Area
The Open Table Area has an 80-inch HD display connected to a video system capable of displaying six devices at the same time. Four of those devices are cable television tuners, one device can be a laptop connected via HDMI or VGA and additional devices can connect wirelessly using the Solstice software. The system also includes speakers mounted in the ceiling.
Purple Couch Area
The Purple Couch Area has a 52-inch television with an AppleTV connected to it.
