PA PhotoShare
- smb://pa-nas1.wustl.edu/
- PA PhotoShare is for storing University Marketing & Communications photo files and contact sheets not stored in pixel.wustl.edu. If you need access please contact Galen.
- This is also the upload directories for freelance photographers and the working directories for the MarComm photographers.
Box
- You can store personal work files in Box that only you have access to.
- You can collaborate with others on Word, Excel, and Box Note files.
- You can create personal or department shared directories.
File Sharing
Box
- Box has a file size limitation of 50 GB but currently you have unlimited disk space available to store you data.
- Box allows you to share with campus partners and external clients. All WUSTL staff and students have Box accounts. If you are only allowing someone externally to download they do not have to have a Box account. If you want to give them collaboration access such as uploading and making changes they must have a paid account or they can create a free account.

Large File Transfers
- lft.wustl.edu
- Login with your WUSTL Key.
- IT has a server setup for large file transfers to and from campus partners or external clients.
- The Large File Transfer service is a resource open to Faculty and Staff of Washington University in St. Louis. This service has been authorized for the transfer of Protected Data, including Protected Health Information (PHI) or financial information. Due to the as-is nature of this service, there is no 24×7 support provided.
- The MAXIMUM single package/file size is 200 GB — Each user has 500 GB of allocated space for all Packages — Packages older than 7 days will be automatically deleted whether downloaded or not.
