Do not follow the instructions included in the email from WashU IT “Your WUSTLKEY password will expire in X days”. Please follow the instructions below which uses the Enterprise Connect application on your computer.
Your password expires one year from the date of your last password change. You will start receiving email reminders to change it 14 days before it expires.
You can change the expiration date by changing your password at any time during the year and that resets the expiration to one year from the new date.
If your Mac login password does not match your WUSTL Key password, please call Jeff or Galen to resolve this issue.
