1. On your iPhone open Setting -> WiFi.
  1. If eduroam is already connected with a blue check mark select the “i in the blue circle” (far right), select “Forget This Network”, and then go back one screen.
  1. Select eduroam from the available networks. You should be prompted for a username and password.

Example – If your WUSTL Key name and email match: 
WUSTL KEY: mary.smith
EMAIL: mary.smith@wustl.edu
EDUROAM USERNAME: mary.smith@wustl.edu

Example – if your WUSTL Key name and email DO NOT match:
WUSTL KEY: msmith
EMAIL: mary.smith@wustl.edu
EDUROAM USERNAME: msmith@wustl.edu
Check the “Remember this information” box:

  1. You will need to select Trust in the upper right of the screen.
  2. The WiFi icon in the upper left or right of your screen depending on the model of iPhone you have should look like one of the pictures below. If so, switch to Safari and go to a website you have not been to so it is not cached – like ibm.com – to confirm you are connected.
