WUSM-Secure

  1. For connecting to or updating your password for WUSM-secure, open Apple -> System Preferences -> Network, select WiFi in the left pane, and select WUSM-Secure in the Network Name drop-down menu. 

In the pop-up window enter the following information:
A. Username: ACCOUNTS\”your WUSTL Key username”.
B. Password: “your WUSTL Key password”.
C. Check the box for “Remember this network”.

If you see the pop-up window “You are making changes to your Certificate Trust Settings”
use either your Touch-ID or WUSTL Key Password to approve this.

  1. If it fails to connect keep trying. It may take several tries.

EDUROAM

  1. For connecting to or updating your password for eduroam, open Apple -> System Preferences -> Network, select WiFi in the left pane, and select eduroam in the Network Name drop-down menu. 
  1. In the pop-up window enter the following information:

Example – If your WUSTL Key name and email match: 
WUSTL KEY: mary.smith
EMAIL: mary.smith@wustl.edu
EDUROAM USERNAME: mary.smith@wustl.edu

Example – if your WUSTL Key name and email DO NOT match:
WUSTL KEY: msmith
EMAIL: mary.smith@wustl.edu
EDUROAM USERNAME: msmith@wustl.edu
Check the “Remember this information” box:

If the pop-up “Authenticating to network “eduroam” appears select Continue.

  1. If it fails to connect keep trying. It may take several tries.
