We are all responsible for keeping the kitchens clean, tidy and hygienic. Let’s all consider one another.

Second and Third Floor Coffee Makers
Our coffee service company is Ronnoco. Whoever uses the last of the coffee in a pot should either make a new pot or if late in the day, rinse the pot and set it aside for the next business day. As part of our coffee service agreement, pots are replaced on a regular basis.

Fridges
Refrigerators are cleaned the last Friday of each month. All items must be removed or they will be thrown out. It is the staff member’s responsibility to remove old food and containers on a regular basis. A email/slack reminder is sent out a few days prior to the end of the month cleaning.

Plates and Utensils
Plates, cups, glassware, and utensils are available in the third-floor kitchen for your use. Please see below for using the dishwasher. If you don’t use the dishwasher, it is your responsibility to wash and return items to the cupboards or drawers.

Sinks and Dishwasher
We have a dishwasher in the third-floor kitchen that you are encouraged to use. If you used your own personal dishes, you can find them on the counter the following morning. Whoever is working at the reception desk is charged with running and emptying, not loading, the dishwasher.  Normally, the dishwasher is run at the end of the day. If you don’t use the dishwasher, it is your responsibility to wash and return items to the cupboards or drawers. Please do not leave plates, containers or utensils in the sinks.

Please do not put food down the drains! Wipe out your containers/dishes etc. and deposit the residue in the trash labeled “Landfill.” Remember! Never put paper towels or napkins in the containers marked “Recycle.”

Staples & Supplies
Supplies including paper goods, filters, coffee, creamers, tea, sugar, salt, pepper, and cleaning products are ordered by Kurt Mueller. Please slack, phone, or email he if you notice that you need something.
