There are many shared spaces at 276 N. Skinker, all of which need regular maintenance. WFF performs custodial services in most areas each night. This includes keeping the kitchen countertops and sinks clean; vacuuming carpets; removing trash and recycling; and cleaning the restrooms. Staff members must put their trash and recycling containers outside their offices every evening.
Offices and individual work areas are vacuumed and dusted semi-monthly, providing the floor is clear of obstructions and countertops or desktops are clear. Pictures, wall hangings, art, shelving, lamps etc. are also dusted.
Carpet cleaning and window washing are normally done yearly. The lobby floor is stripped and waxed annually. Refrigerators are cleaned on the last Friday of each month. ALL items must be removed from the refrigerators or they will be discarded.
If you have a carpet stain or see one in any of the common areas, mark the spot and email Kurt Mueller so that he can request a spot cleaning.
The parking lot is maintained by Top Care, which also clears away snow from the sidewalks.
