WashU has transitioned from ISDN to Comrex ACCESS NX Rack IP technology. The MarComm team worked with the Harvey Media Center to make this change.
Jeff Allen is your MarComm point person for audio interviews. He will handle booking the space as well as act as an on-site engineer. Please email/forward your requests to him. If it’s a quick turn or after hours, then stop by or call. If Jeff is unavailable, contact the Multimedia Team.
Please direct faculty to the Harvey Media Center (HMC), 3rd Floor of the Danforth University Center (DUC), room 350 “A”, which is WashU’s Studio Control Room/ Audio Booth. Floor plan: DUC Third Floor. Physical address: 6475 Forsyth Blvd, St. Louis, MO.
Technical information to connect for outside entities will be relayed to them directly from Jeff. You may share with them that it is a “Comrex ACCESS NX Rack” IP system.
