Like many members of the Public Affairs Administration team, I wear many hats. I work mainly on financials, doing things like fulfilling check requests, purchase orders,  and interdepartmental fund transfers. Another part of my financial duties is making sure all the Pro-Card purchases are charged to the right code, approved timely, and that all vendors are paid on time. I do reports on the finances for the magazine for monthly meetings, simplifying them to be readable by the average (non-finance) person. I work at the reception desk one day a week and in general help out with odds and ends that arise on a daily basis.

In addition to all that, I assist in uploading pictures in Pixel, track spending for larger things like office phones, camera equipment and Common Ground (a program we use here)…so I have lots of spreadsheets!!!

Most importantly, I know where the candy stash for the front desk is located…but I’m sworn to secrecy.
