Janelle Hizer

Assistant Director, Administration & University Relations

As part of the Administration team, I manage the university’s trademark licensing program.  I am a brand resource for our licensed suppliers, campus partners and bookstores. I collaborate with our licensing agent, perform compliance checks, review artwork submissions, manage reception staff and chair the Official Ring Committee. I also manage the accounting and bookkeeping of the main Public Affairs account and the maintenance of HRMS records.  

Before joining the Public Affairs team, I worked in the Program of Physical Therapy. During my time there, I was busy coordinating multiple continuing education events and handled most of the procurement for the department.  

I earned my bachelors in communication with an emphasis of public relations from Missouri State University.  In my free time, I enjoy going to concerts with my husband, learning about new comic book heroes and having lightsaber battles with my two sons.
