How to correct My Absence

If you have already recorded time off, these are instructions how to change your request.

Edit Approved Time Off Request (green)

  1. Click the Absence Application on your Home Page.
  2. Click Correct My Absence.
  3. Navigate to the approved absence request you would like to update and click on it.
    1. Click the Negative Sign to erase a day.
    2. Check the box in the Select Column to enter a new quantity for hours or time time.
  4. Enter comments.
  5. Click Submit.

Edit Unapproved Time Off Request (gray)

  1. Click the Absence Application on your Home Page.
  2. Click Correct My Absence.
  3. Navigate to the absence request you would like to update click on the Absence Request.
  4. Click the Cancel this Request button.
  5. Enter a comment.
  6. Click Submit.
  7. You will then enter a new request with the updated dates/hours.
